Gucci has been the ideal luxury brand of trend and fur properties for years now. The reinvention of Gucci has been the highpoint fashion business story of 2016. The label has reborn from its sex and rock & roll image, where it has found its new course into going stylish and geeky. Gucci’s new imaginative director, the unidentified Alessandro Michele, falls in the style of many men and women. He is mysterious, curious and compelling.  
Newness is essential each season at Gucci. This keeps their target audience interested in their collection and designs. Throughout years Gucci has kept up with what the costumers want and look for and what the ultimate designs are in the fashion world. The passion of Gucci is to seek encouragement and recompense ability on every level and generate roles that motivate, encounter, instruct and animate people as well as costumers.
















The themes that Gucci illustrates on its social media platforms are mainly circled by fashion, trends and lifestyle. In magazines Gucci commercials can be found, which mainly focus on sunglasses, fragrances, clothing and bags. Gucci launches a new collection four times a year. The latest launch is 2016's spring collection. The ads were launched in January 2016 and have shocked various consumers, positively. 
Celebrity news: due to big events such as Billboard Music Awards 2016, Gucci exhibits their clothes being worn by celebrities. The posts are usually posted when big events take place.

New collection: Gucci regularly posts their new collection through social media, which show zoomed in pictures of their bags and clothes.

Limited editions: Gucci launched a limited edition Fiat 500 in 2011. Only a limited amount of Gucci cars were for sale. Gucci has not launched any other car editions since that year.


Gucci is an independent brand in the fashion world. It opens not only a lot of doors for its own brand but also for brands living around it. Even though Gucci is independent, it has to commercialise its brand through social media and other communication platforms to keep its consumers updated with the newest collections. Besides that, through social media, the customer relationship only builds stronger.  

The main influencers of Gucci are its fashion shows and celebrity runways. Their designer collection is mainly posted on magazines and websites, which create more awareness for their brand. Gucci finds it important to advertise on locations, which have a busy circulation of people. This includes airports and shopping malls.
Gucci stores can be found on A locations. Champs Elysees Paris, 5th Avenue NY, Via Condotti Rome and PC Hoofdstraat Amsterdam are just some basic examples of where a Gucci store can be found. This automatically attracts their main target audience.

















Fashion bloggers and celebrities use Gucci to promote the brand through Instagram and Facebook. Gossip websites use Gucci outfits worn by the public to discuss their article. This shows how Gucci's new handbag looks a lot like a handbag that has been designed by a celebrity. This gives the public the opportunity to discuss within one and other.
